Notable accomplishments: Designed online index of administrative decisions, federal court decisions, and secondary-source materials that could be accessed and searched by judges and attorneys; assisted Secretary of Education in preparing decision on appeal from specially-appointed hearing officer; trained attorneys and staff in use of Windows 3.1, WordPerfect 6.1, and other software; designed the World Wide Web home page for the office; supervised legal interns.
